The "Brasserie du Pâquier", located in Le Pâquier, Switzerland, has its roots in a trip to Denver, Colorado, in 2008. This western U.S. city, forged out of the gold rush of the 1800s, is presently home to a multitude of award winning craft breweries. It was there that Francis, owner of the Brasserie du Pâquier, discovered his new passion for brewing craft beers in his free time. In the beginning, his time was spent developing original beer recipes with quite limited equipment. Eventually, with the arrival of a larger brewing tank he was able, among other things, to supply local events and parties. At the start of 2019 Francis and his wife Cindy decided to bring to market the best of their craft beer recipes.
