Our authentic wheat beer is slightly hazy and golden in color.
Its unique character is defined by delicate hints of vanilla and citrus with a refreshing after taste of banana.

la LUNE ROUSSE
Our red ale is dry hopped, which lends it a distinct tropical taste.
Its unique hops give it a flavorful and fruity blend of peaches and citruses.

MÉNAGE A TROIS
Our Indian Pale Ale,( IPA), is created using a dry hopping technique. A specially selected mixture of three different hops gives it its hoppy and fruity aromas.
It leaves a lingering, crisp, bold hop character in its after taste.

la VALSE BRUNE
Our dark ale is brewed using top fermentation and boasts a smooth, creamy character. It has a pleasing well-rounded taste of caramel and coffee.
Chocolate and caramel malts combine to reveal whispers of roasted caramel flavor with a lightly toasted finish.
